At Buttons Bebe, we want your little ones to love their new outfits, but if a fit isn't quite right, we offer returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the garments are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully fold the clothing and place it back in the original shipping bag or a sturdy box, ensuring all protective tissue and tags are included.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your drop-off receipt until your refund has been fully processed.
